Dear IMPRI Well-wisher,
We hope you are healthy and safe.
We begin this week at IMPRI in remembrance of Kamla Bhasin - a pioneering feminist activist, author, and poet - bringing together thoughts from those familiar with and inspired by her life and work.
We then bring to the fore several topical discussions on housing, employment, and rural realities through deliberations on the housing market amid the pandemic, the unemployment scenario, and the challenges and possibilities in Indian villages.
We also have a book discussion on 'The Light of Asia: The Poem that Defined The Buddha' with author Jairam Ramesh.
The newsletter, as always, will apprise you of these upcoming events, IMPRI's recent publications, and videos of #WebPolicyTalks in case you missed them.
We hope to see you soon at one of our #WebPolicyTalks!
Wishing you the best for the week ahead, Anshula Mehta, Senior Assistant Director, IMPRI
